SPECIAL NOTE: All Ship To Addresses Must Be Deliverable By UPS To Guarantee The Shipping/Handling Price Of $7.95.
Shipments Over 2 Pounds Gross Weight To P.O. Boxes Will Incur Additional Shipping Charges.
Q - When will I receive my package?
A - Retail orders
are shipped either the same day or the next day depending on the time of day the order is
received and usually will take 3-5 business days for delivery.
Warehouse orders are shipped on Tuesday of the "following week" after the
order is placed.
Q - Who do you use to ship my order?
A - Generally we use Priority Mail or UPS Ground, other arrangements, such as UPS Next Day or Second Day, can be made by telephone. (501)623-3676
Q - How much does shipping cost?
A - Any size retail order
ships for $7.95 to UPS deliverable addresses (Street Addresses Only), with the exception of chocolates during the hotter months (March 15 -
October 15) which incur additional packing and shipping charges (email or call for current info).
Warehouse orders are figured by the shipping weight.
Q - What about shipping chocolate items?
A - We try and package meltable items to prevent melting, however, we cannot be responsible for confections damaged by heat. We cannot refund for chocolate products damaged by heat. We apologize for this inconvenience, but, these types of shipments are not under our control after they are shipped.
